氟聚合物涂层Fluoropolymer：氟聚合物涂料是优良的干/固膜润滑剂，除了极低的摩擦系数外，氟聚合物还具有特殊的耐热、耐寒、耐腐蚀和耐化学渗透性能。Fluoropolymer coating are superior dry/solid film lubricants that produce a smooth,hard and slick finish.In addition to very low coefficients of friction,fluoropolymers offer exceptional resistance to heat,cold,corrosion and chemical infiltration.
二硫化钼涂层MoS2：可在金属材料或橡胶涂层表面形成黑灰色保护层，提高金属耐磨和防腐性能。耐高温400℃以上，间歇耐温可达650℃，无氧条件下耐温效果更佳。MoS2 coating form a black gray protective layer on the surface of metal material or rubber coating to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of metal.High temperature resistance up to 400℃,intermittent temperature resistance up to 650℃.金
功能性涂层使用推荐：涡轮增压器、排气系统、汽缸盖保护层
截面密封
在垫片的横截面(与密封介质直接接触的截面及裸露在箱体外的截面)涂覆一层特殊的密封材料。当该密封材料在垫片横截面完全固化后，可将垫片横截面上存在的所有微孔隙全部封堵，从而有效阻止密封介质的渗漏，提升垫片的密封性能。
截面密封适合于如下应用：
*不平整的法兰面*粗糙或未经交工抛光的法兰面*高剪切应力载荷分布不均匀等
